CANCELLATION POLICY

A 30% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time. 48 hours advance notice allows me time to try to fill your spot. SICK POLICY: Please do not come to an appointment sick! I take this very seriously. You will be asked to leave should you choose to come in sick. You will be able to reschedule an appointment once, due to illness, without any fees listed above. After that a 30% of total services fee will be charged and will need to be paid before any future services. (You are able to reschedule appointments any time 48hours in advance) Unfortunately, things do happen and we’re all human! I try to be as understanding as possible while still running my business. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if something has changed. I will extend the same courtesy if something comes up on my end as well. Thank you!
